Common questions

Each active user on your system counts as one licence. You pay annually per user. If your team grows, you simply add users at the same per-user rate. Inactive or archived users do not count toward your licence total.
Every business has different workflows, data structures, and integration requirements. A flat implementation fee either overcharges simple setups or underserves complex ones. We scope each implementation based on your actual needs — so you get the right level of support without paying for work you don't need.
Yes. The HR module in the Growth and Enterprise plans is localised for Singapore. This includes CPF contribution calculations, MOM-aligned leave entitlements (annual leave, sick leave, childcare leave), and payroll output formats that meet local standards. We update the module when MOM or IRAS guidelines change.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any point. Your data, configurations, and workflows carry over — there is no migration or rebuild required. Additional implementation work for the new modules may be scoped at that time.
Yes. All plans include GST-compliant invoicing and purchasing documents aligned with IRAS requirements. GST reporting outputs are included to support your quarterly filing obligations.
All plans include email support during Singapore office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm SGT). Enterprise customers receive SLA-based support with defined response times. Phone and on-site support can be included as part of an implementation or support package — contact us to discuss.
